Our Helix management and entertainment apps are compatible with all mobile platforms.

Apps use mobile data from your plan. 

If your cellphone or tablet is connected to a Wi-Fi network, you will not use your mobile data. 

Some apps like Helix TV or Club illico mobile allow you to download content to your mobile. This will allow you to view them at your convenience and without using data.

Videotron’s management applications are included in your services when you subscribe. You can easily manage your Internet usage and services at any time. 

The Helix TV app is included with all Helix TV, Helix TV app and illico TV plans.

Apps like Club illico require a subscription to access exclusive content.

Yes. You can watch content from your channels using the GO Apps. These apps are free for Videotron TV customers who subscribe to certain channels. 

To watch content from a channel you subscribe to, you must log in to the channel’s app using your Customer Centre login information or your Helix account information. 

Note that it may take up to 24 hours after you’ve subscribed to or reactivated a channel for your access to the app to become active. App-related issues (audio/video, accessibility, availability, etc.) must be reported to the TV channel providers.
