
- You can try entering your PIN up to 5 times.
- After 3 tries, your mailbox will automatically be disconnected, but your PIN won’t be blocked.
- If you call your voicemail again, you’ll be able to try 2 more times. Afterwards, your access will be blocked.
STEP 1
1. If your access has been blocked, follow those steps :2. Access the Customer Centre.
Click on Reset your Voicemail PIN.
STEP 2

Click on
RESET PIN.
A temporary PIN will appear on the screen.
STEP 3

- Call your voicemail from your mobile phone.
- Enter the temporary PIN.
STEP 4

Enter 4, then 2, then 1.
STEP 5
Enter your new PIN, followed by #.- Enter your PIN again, followed by #.
- You have now changed your PIN.

You can activate the PIN skip option by , in order to listen to your messages without having to enter your PIN.going to your voicemail menu
Note: It is still recommended to use a PIN for security and confidentiality purposes.
