You can manage your anti-spam account at the Customer Centre. Visit the Your Videotron services section. Under Internet and then under Email, click on the Activate/deactivate anti-spam filter button.
Then, on the Email service page, choose the desired email box and press on the Activated or Deactivated button.
Note that this service is activated by default and offered free of charge.
Please allow a short interval for activation and deactivation of the anti-spam filter.
