Replacement and repair of equipment under warranty
In case of breakdown following normal use, simply contact Vidéotron’s technical support by telephone, and the defective equipment will be replaced by new equipment of the same type. Recycled equipment will be replaced with new or refurbished equipment of the same type. No charges apply.
Replacement and repair of equipment no longer under warranty
In case of breakdown following normal use of equipment no longer under warranty, replacement charges apply. Below is the general cost of replacing equipment (taxes not included):
