Problem with image or sound

tele_02_a1Make sure that your TV and PVR are properly plugged in and turned on.

Ensure your TV is set to the appropriate SOURCE.

Look for a TV SOURCE, VIDEO SOURCE or INPUT button on your TV remote.

If you still have no image or if the screen flashes, disconnect the terminal, wait for 10 seconds and reconnect it.

Wait five minutes before turning your terminal on again. You can also hold down the POWER button (at the back of the terminal) for five seconds. After a few seconds, the device will restart.
