The first use

If you didn't enter a PIN when you first turned on your terminal, you don't need to reset your password, since a window will pop up asking you to create one.

NOTE: There is no default PIN.

Admin PIN : The master PIN that lets you access all content, menus and orders, parental controls, etc.
Order PIN : Allows you to order content.
