Printed invoice has not been received.

Are you already signed up for online billing?

  • Go to your Customer Centre account and make sure that your email address is correct.

If you usually receive your invoice through the mail, here are some reasons that can explain why you haven’t received it yet:

  • Pre-authorized payment (unless there is a change in your services)
  • Epost (virtual invoice only, from your financial institution)
  • The balance for the period is below $4.99 (carried over to the next period without charge).
  • It may happen that Videotron fails to receive a customer’s notice of change of address or, in rare cases, that an administrative error occurs. If you believe this is the case, contact Customer Service to make the necessary corrections.
