Invoice Support

What will the impacts of the strike be?

Canada Post may be on strike at any time.

Videotron Business Services, like many other organizations, would be affected by it, particularly insofar as it affects delivery of bills and reception of payments by mail.

However, a number of solutions are available to you to help you continue to pay your bills on time.

How do I find out what my balance is?
How should I pay my bill?

- By credit card

Simply call our Customer Service at 1-800-561-4248. You’ll have to wait two (2) business days before your payment is credited to your Videotron account.

- Preauthorized payment

A simple and practical way to pay your Videotron account balance. With your authorization, your bank account or credit card will be automatically debited every month. You’ll avoid late payments and any additional charges.

To choose this option, contact Customer Service at 1-800-561-4248

- At a bank branch

Simply visit your banking institution with your Videotron bill. Contact your banking institution for opening hours.

- At an automated teller or by telephone banking

Have a debit card issued by your financial institution and/or credit card (if you wish to pay your Videotron account balance with your credit card) at hand, along with your Videotron bill. Go to one of your financial institution’s automated tellers and follow the procedure on the screen. For more information on paying bills, inquire with your financial institution.

The telephone banking services of the following financial institutions process payment of Videotron bills:

  • Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC)
  • National Bank of Canada
  • Scotiabank
  • Royal Bank
  • Toronto Dominion Bank (TD Bank)
  • Bank of Montreal
  • Laurentian Bank
  • HSBC Canada
  • Caisses populaires Desjardins
Many of these financial institutions accept payment of your Videotron bill on line and by phone. It’s a good idea to register your Videotron bill in your biller list. This will save you time when you pay your bill at an automated teller, by phone or on line. Contact your financial institution for more details.

I sent my payment by mail. What should I do to make sure you’ve received it?

You can verify your balance free of charge:

- On line, via the business Customer Centre
- By calling Customer Service at 1-800-561-4248.

If your balance is still positive, you must make your payment another way.

I’m expecting a reimbursement from Videotron. What should I do if there’s a Canada Post strike?

All reimbursement cheques issued by Videotron are sent via Canada Post.

Your reimbursement will arrive as soon as the strike is over.

Please note that the Canada Post strike is completely beyond Videotron’s control.

I ordered material from Videotron (mobile phone, terminal, remote control or accessory). Will I receive my parcel if Canada Post is on strike?

Yes. Since June 15, 2016 Videotron has been sending parcels via a shipper independent from Canada Post. You will therefore receive your package even if there’s a strike.

If Videotron sent your parcel before June 15th, Canada Post has probably notified you that you can pick it up at the nearest post office.
