Verify that your username and password are typed in lowercase and that your Internet service is not being used by another person at the same time.
You should contact Technical Support and ask if the Roaming Access option is active for your Internet service.
Verify that your hotel authorizes toll-free calls, such as those beginning with 1-877.
Check that the STMP server in your email configuration is correctly typed as relais.videotron.net and make sure that your antivirus isn’t blocking outgoing messages.
A parameter missing from your TCP/IP configuration is probably causing the problem. Force the connection with our DNS 205.151.222.250 and 205.151.222.251.
