Technical support, configuration and remote diagnostic services offered by Videotron are defined as follow:
- Router connectivity for Videotron cable Internet access
- Wired connectivity for devices connected to the router by Ethernet
- Wireless connectivity for devices connected to the router by Wi-Fi (SSID, encryption key)
Guidance (without guaranteed support service) is provided regarding connectivity of terminal devices (computers, telephones, tablets, gaming consoles, point-of-sale terminals, etc.).

NB:
- Modifications not supported by Videotron may be overwritten by a full reset at the customer's request.
- Remote diagnostic services by Videotron's technical support is not available for clients with a static IP address.
