Troubleshooting 


You can attempt to solve most problems relating to your digital terminal by pulling the electrical cord out of the outlet and plugging it back in a few minutes later. You should then wait 5 minutes before turning your terminal back on.


imageDisconnect the terminal, wait for 10 seconds and reconnect it.


Wait five minutes before turning your terminal on again. You can also hold down the POWER button (at the back of the terminal) for five seconds.


After a few seconds, the device will restart.
