How to fix an audio issue?

STEP 1

Débrancher

Unplug the terminal.
 
Wait 10 seconds.

STEP 2
RebrancherPlug in the terminal.
 
Wait 5 minutes or wait until the time appears on the terminal’s display.

STEP 3
mode sourdineMake sure the remote is programmed to control the TV.
 
If there is no sound coming from the TV, press the MUTE button to make sure it is not activated.

STEP 4
volumeIncrease the terminal’s volume to its maximum setting.

STEP 5
imagePress the MENU button on the Videotron remote control.
 
Go to the equipment settings.

STEP 6
imageGo to Volume Control and make sure the On the TV option is selected.

STEP 7
imageCheck the HDMI and Component connections.
