Help

1. Turn ON the device you wish to control with the remote (TV, VCR, etc.).

2. Simultaneously press the SELECT and the corresponding device keys (TV, VCR, DVD, or AUX), and hold them until the chosen device key lights up.

3. Point the remote toward the chosen device and alternately press the CH+ and POWER keys. When the remote sends the right code, the chosen device will turn OFF. Once again, press the POWER key to turn your chosen device ON.

Note: You can also press the CH+ key and hold it down until the device turns OFF (this operation is quicker). When the device turns OFF: If you press POWER and it doesn’t turn ON, press CH- and POWER alternately until the device turns ON again.

4. Save the code by pressing the corresponding device key (TV, VCR, DVD, or AUX). It will blink twice and turn OFF.

1. Turn on the equipment you wish to program (TV, VCR, DVD, or AUX).

2. Press the button (TV, VCR, DVD, or AUX) corresponding to the device to be programmed and the SELECT button simultaneously until the LED turns on.

3. Point the remote control toward the equipment and enter one of the codes assigned to your brand from the code tables. The equipment will turn off when the correct code has been entered. Enter the codes one at the time. When the equipment turns off, press POWER to turn it back on.

4. Store the code number by pressing the device button (TV, VCR, DVD, or AUX). The device LED will blink twice to confirm that the code has been stored.

When the TV code is programmed and CBL, TV, VCR, or DVD mode are selected, the TV volume is automatically controlled by the remote’s VOL+, VOL-, and MUTE keys. When AUX mode is selected, the volume of the corresponding device is controlled.

The following steps allow you to modify this configuration:

1. Simultaneously press the SELECT and CBL, TV, VCR, DVD, or AUX keys, depending on the device you wish to control, until one of the latter lights up.

2. Press the VOL+ key.

3. Press the device key of your choosing

CH+ and CH- are the default keys used to change channels on the terminal. The numerical keys are also used by default when the CBL, TV, and VCR modes are selected. In the case of DVD and AUX modes, the remote will change channels on these corresponding.

Follow these steps to modify the default settings:

1. Simultaneously press the SELECT, and CBL, TV, VCR, DVD, or AUX keys, depending on the key you wish to modify, until one of the latter lights up.

2. Press the VOL- key.

3. Finally, press the key corresponding to the device you want to control.

1. Simultaneously press the SELECT key and the corresponding device key of your choosing (TV, VCR, DVD, or AUX), and keep each pressed until one of the latter (TV, VCR, DVD, or AUX) lights up.

2. Now press the INFO key. The corresponding device key will blink a certain number of times. The number of blinks corresponds directly to a number in the device code. There is a one-second pause (with no blinking) between each number (device codes have three digits).

Example: One blink, three blinks, and eight blinks, with a one-second pause between each sequence of blinks, represent code 138. 0 (zero) is represented by ten blinks.

1. Simultaneously press the SELECT and AUX keys until the AUX key lights up.

2. Press the key corresponding to the device you want to control (TV, VCR, or DVD).

3. Enter the code corresponding to the brand of the device you want to control by choosing a code from the provided list. If the chosen device does not turn OFF, try another code until it does. Once the device turns OFF, press AUX to save it (AUX will flash twice).

Programming the ON/OFF key enables you to power ON or OFF up to five devices simultaneously with a single key.

1. Press the CBL key.

2. Simultaneously press the SYSTEM ON/OFF and SELECT keys until the CBL key lights up.

3. Press a device key (CBL, TV, VCR, DVD, or AUX), let go, and then press the POWER key once.

4. Press the CH+ key when the previous step has been completed for each of the desired devices (the CBL key will blink twice).

To erase the ON/OFF settings, follow these three easy steps:

1. Press the CBL key.

2. Simultaneously press the SYSTEM ON/OFF and SELECT keys until the CBL key lights up.

3. Press the CH+ key. The CBL key will blink twice to confirm that the settings have been erased.

The M1 key is a macro key. This means that you can program a sequence of commands that will be executed automatically when the M1 key is pressed. The command sequence can contain up to 10 items. As an example, the sequence CBL, POWER, TV, POWER, 2,1,6, SELECT, and GUIDE could be performed by pressing a single key (M1). This sequence would open the terminal and TV, select channel 216, and then display the channel guide.

1. Select the CBL mode (press the CBL key).

2. Simultaneously press the SELECT and M1 keys until the CBL key lights up.

3. In the right order, press the keys you want in the sequence (maximum of 10 keys).

4. Press the CH+ key to save the sequence.

To reset the remote control, simultaneously press the CBL and REC keys and hold both of them for about 10 seconds. The five mode keys will blink successively, confirming the remote is back to its original factory settings.
