Change Your Channels

To better serve you, we’re improving the Change Your Channels function on your illico terminal. If you experience problems with the terminal, you can always sign in to the Customer Centre* to change your channels.

 

Using the Customer Centre, you can easily change your channels or switch to another TV package as many times as you like**.

 

Here’s how to change your channels:

 

1. Sign in to the Customer Centre.

If you don’t have a Customer Centre account, register now.

 

2. Once you’re in the Television section, select the “Change your channels” option.
From here, you can view or change your current television services. You can also see your TV bill, the amount currently owed, and what you will owe after changing your channels or TV package.

 

3. Click the “Validate” button on the top right corner, then click “Confirm your request” and “Submit.”

 

4. Your bill will show the new amount. All you have to do is click on “Order” to finalize the changes.

 

The changes will be made immediately. The Customer Centre will not allow you to make any further changes to your television services for the following 24 hours**.

 

*Changes cannot be made between 11:30 pm and 7 am.
**Following your changes, you cannot add new channels or switch packages for a minimum of 30 days.
