Airtime

Roaming rates
This term describes use of your mobile phone when you are travelling anywhere in the world outside Canada or the US (or zone 1 countries).
Airtime rates
Rates vary depending on where you call from and length of the call.
Airtime is charged by the minute. This means that airtime charges are rounded up to the next minute. A minimum charge of one minute applies to all incoming and outgoing calls.

If you have subscribed to voice mail, there are no charges for calls received within your local calling area when your phone is busy or you do not answer. Similarly, no charges are applied to messages left on your voice mail if you are on the Videotron network. However, if you are on its partner network, airtime is counted when messages are left on your voice mail. Similarly, charges may apply when roaming.

When I start a call in my local calling area and end it outside this area, what rates apply?
The place where the call was initiated will determine the cost of the call.
