PIN Reset

Reset your PIN in the Customer Centre

  • You can try entering your PIN up to 5 times.
  • After 3 tries, your mailbox will automatically be disconnected, but your PIN won’t be blocked.
  • If you call your voicemail again, you’ll be able to try 2 more times. Afterwards, your access will be blocked.
ÉTAPE 1

  5. Click on RESETTING YOUR PIN.

imageClick on RESET YOUR VOICEMAIL PIN.
A temporary PIN will appear on the screen.

  • Call your voicemail from your mobile phone.
  • Enter the temporary PIN.
ÉTAPE 4

ÉTAPE 5
  • mobile_21_7aEnter your new PIN, followed by #.
  • Enter your PIN again, followed by #.
  • You have now changed your PIN.

Did you know that you can access your voicemail without a personal identification number (PIN)?

 
You can activate the PIN skip option by , in order to listen to your messages without having to enter your PIN.going to your voicemail menu

 
Note: It is still recommended to use a PIN for security and confidentiality purposes.
