Supported services

  • Connection of device to the Internet
  • Verification of downloading (ringtones, images, Java applications, music)
  • Multimedia messaging (MMS) and MMS between suppliers
  • illico mobile
  • Mobile email
  • Remote recorder

Services that we don’t support

  • Connecting the mobile phone as a modem (tethering)
  • Built-in email systems software
  • Applications downloaded from the Web (only Videotron-exclusive applications are supported)
  • All data transfers and downloads, except those made on the Videotron network

  • AWS devices that operate on the 1700 and 2100 MHz frequencies
  • Devices sold by Videotron
  • Errors and unblocking of SIM card (PUK code)

Features, functions and phones that we don’t support

 

  • Certain features and functions of the device itself (e.g., the voice command or “adding a contact” function)
  • All software supplied by the manufacturers (e.g., the Samsung PC Studio).
  • All mobile phones that are not sold by Videotron
