Completing my mobile device activation

For plan subscribers

If you purchased your device in store, your account will normally be activated by the salesperson. If you were sent your device by mail, your account will be activated automatically.
If you transferred your number and received your device by mail, please note the following:
  • You will be able to make calls, but you will not be able to receive them for a short period. The system will activate call receiving within a few hours.
  • To avoid waiting for automatic activation, you can finalize activation by calling 1-877-477-5757 or going to our online Customer Centre and clicking on Mobile, then Activate your Mobile Account.
