How to view your online bill

Get online bills–an eco-friendly way to manage your finances.

Have you opted for online billing? To stop receiving your bill in the mail, you must first request online billing.

Log in to your Customer Centre. 

You can view your online bill in your Customer Centre.

  1. Log in
  2. Your balance is shown on the home page. Click See your bill and then click View bill to access, save or print your full bill. 

To view all your bills from the last 36 months, click on View a Bill and use the Billing history section.

View your online bill on your mobile device

You can access the Customer Centre from a computer. You can also access it from a mobile device. Download the User Centre + app on Google Play or the App Store.

How do I get my online bill?

You must first request online billing in the Customer Centre. Once you’ve signed up for online billing, you will no longer receive your Videotron bill by mail.

Let’s get started:

  1. Log in to your Customer Centre or create a Customer Centre account.
  2. Once logged in, click on “Manage Your Bills.”
  3. Enter your email address and click on “Sign up.”

Good job! You’ll start receiving your online bill when the next bill is issued, after the current billing period.

About online billing...

Once you have signed up for online billing, you will receive an email every month. This message will ask you to pay your monthly payment in the Customer Centre. 
As a courtesy, we will send you a reminder 5 days prior to your payment due date so that you don’t forget to pay your balance and incur late payment fees.

How can I view my billing history?

Bills are saved for 36 months from the date you signed up for online billing. To view them, log in to your Customer Centre.

  1. Click See your bill
  2. Use the Billing history section.
