How to pay my bill

Payment through online banking

All Canadian financial institutions permit online payment of Videotron invoices. You simply need to access your financial institution’s website and add Videotron as a payee.

Registration for preauthorized payment

User Centre + app
You can choose to pay through automatic withdrawal from your bank account or credit card.

 

Step 1 > Select My Invoice on the home page of the User Centre + app.
Step 2 > Select Sign Up for Automatic Payment.
Step 3 > Enter your banking information.

 

Customer Centre account
You can choose to pay through automatic withdrawal from your bank account or your credit card.

 

To activate this feature:
In your Customer Centre account, select Sign Up for Automatic Payment. Then you simply need to entre your banking information.

Changing your payment preferences

User Centre + app
If you are already signed up for preauthorized payments, you can change your payment preferences at any time.

 

Step 1 > Select My Invoice on the home page of the User Centre + app.
Step 2 > Select Change My Preauthorized Payment.
Step 3 > Change your payment preferences.

 

Customer Centre account
You can choose to pay through automatic withdrawal from your bank account or credit card.
To activate this feature in the Customer Centre, select, Change my Preauthorized Payment.

Note: Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.

 

To avoid late payments, count on five business days for receipt and processing of your cheque.

Your Videotron account will be credited within 24 business hours.
