If you haven’t received your invoice

Are you already signed up for online billing?

  • Go to your Customer Centre account and make sure that your email address is correct.

If you usually receive your invoice through the mail, here are some reasons that can explain why you haven’t received it yet:

  • You signed up for preauthorized payments (unless there was a change in your services).
  • You signed up for online billing through your financial institution or to epost through Canada Post.
  • The balance for the period in question was less than $4.99. It will therefore be transferred to the next invoice.
  • Videotron’s billing service was not informed about your recent change of address; there could also have been an administrative error. If you think that this is the case, please contact Customer Service in order to rectify the situation.
