The service is free and available whenever you want.
You get free access to all your invoices from the last 18 months.
It allows you to cut down on paper clutter, and do your part to help protect the environment.
Haven’t signed up for the online invoicing service?
First, you must log in to the Customer Centre .
Don’t have a Customer Centre account? Register now!
Once you are logged in, click on "view/download bill"
To subscribe to the online invoicing service, enter your email address and click on “Sign Up.”
Once you are subscribed to the online invoicing service, you will no longer receive your invoices by mail.
You will have access to your first online invoice at the end of the current billing period, i.e. on the date your next invoice is created following your subscription to the online invoicing service.
Your invoices will be kept for 18 months following your subscription to the online invoicing service.
Already subscribed to the online invoicing service?
First, you must log in to the Customer Centre .
Once you are logged in, click on “View/download bill”.
Your balance will appear on the page.
To access your latest invoice, click on the “View your invoice” tab located next to the PDF icon.
You can view your billing history by clicking on “View your invoice history.”
Your online invoices will be kept for 18 months, following your subscription to the online invoicing service.
