How to view my invoice online


Note: You must be subscribed to the online invoicing service to view your invoice online.
Once you are subscribed to the online invoicing service, you will no longer receive your invoices by mail.
 

Subscribing to the online invoicing service has many advantages:  

  • The service is free and available whenever you want.
  • You get free access to all your invoices from the last 36 months.
  • It allows you to cut down on paper clutter, and do your part to help protect the environment.

First, you must log in to the connect to the Customer Centre .

Don’t have a Customer Centre account? Register now!

 

Once you are logged in, click on "Manage your bill"

To subscribe to the online invoicing service, enter your email address and click on “Sign Up.”

Once you are subscribed to the online invoicing service, you will no longer receive your invoices by mail.

 

You will have access to your first online invoice at the end of the current billing period, i.e. on the date your next invoice is created following your subscription to the online invoicing service.
 
Your invoices will be kept for 36 months following your subscription to the online invoicing service.

First, you must log in to connect to the Customer Centre .

 

Once you are logged in, click on “View/download bill”.

Your balance will appear on the page.
To access your latest invoice, click on the “View your invoice” tab located next to the PDF icon.

You can view your billing history by clicking on “View your invoice history.”

Your online invoices will be kept for 36 months, following your subscription to the online invoicing service.
