My usage

To view your Internet usage
Log in to our Customer Centre with your personal username and password. Once these have been authenticated, visit the Internet Usage section at: www.videotron.com/myinternetusage.

Videotron has put some tools at your disposal so you can manage your Internet usage better. So  it’s easier than ever to check your usage.

Here are a few of these features:

Checking Internet usage at the Customer Centre. 

1- Usage notification by email and/or text message:
To view your Internet usage, you can also subscribe to usage notifications. With this free service, you’ll be informed by email and/or text message when your usage reaches a certain maximum threshold (50, 75, 90 or 100%). To find out more, visit the notification page.

Videotron sends text messages (SMS) and email notifications for information purposes only. Videotron cannot be held responsible for the non-reception or delayed delivery of these messages.
Depending on the service provider and type of plan you are subscribed to, charges may apply for receiving text messages. Please verify with your service provider.

2- Your usage at a glance

The progress bar shows the percentage of data you’ve used out of the total included in your package.
A colour code shows whether your Internet usage has exceeded its limit or not:
GREEN: You have not reached the limit of your package’s data transfer capacity.
RED: Your usage exceeds your package’s data transfer capacity. Excess use is shown in red.

Your usage is shown in GB (gigabytes), but you can also display it in MB (megabytes) with a click of the button.

Data are updated four times a day. The date and time of the last update are shown.

3 - Details on your Internet package

You can now view details on your package’s data transfer capacity.

Note: The update date displayed is the date on which the information provided is valid. If you made changes to your package after this date, they will be reflected in the next update.

4 - Notification, warning or alert message

When you reach a certain overuse limit, a notification, warning or alert message will be displayed to help you manage your Internet usage better.

5 - Record of your last three months of usage

At any time, you can see a record of your last three months of usage, as well as your usage in the current billing cycle.

6 - Usage graph

Check your daily Internet usage on the graph.

Note: Roll your mouse over any bar in the graph to display details on your upload and download usage on any given day.
