We have been receiving calls from customers who are having trouble connecting to the Internet. We have investigated the problem and it is not at our end; it is related to Windows 10. Microsoft is looking into it.
Microsoft recommends that customers restart their PC and if needed follow the steps from the ‘To run these networking commands in a command prompt window’ section of https://support.microsoft.com/help/10741/windows-10-fix-network-connection-issues. Once the Internet connexion is established, Microsoft recommends that customers complete a Windows Update following this procedure.
