How to log in to the Customer Centre

User centre +


The User Centre + app, designed for mobiles and tablets, lets you access your Customer Centre account at any time. With the app, you can:
  • Get a quick overview of your services and manage them with ease.
  • Learn tips, watch tutorials, discover tools and get practical information that will make using your services even easier.
  • Check your invoice balance, set up automatic payments and choose how you get invoiced.
  • Monitor your mobile data usage, view its history, and get on-demand data add-ons as often as you want, when you want.
  • Monitor your Residential Internet usage and view its history, manage your data add-ons and choose whether to get text or email notifications. 
  1. You’ll need an Apple or Android tablet or mobile phone to download the app.

  1. 1. Go to the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android).

  2. 2. Search for the User Centre + app.

  3. 3. Download the app.

image There are three different ways to connect to the app.

1. RECOMMENDED: When you set up a Customer Centre account you get access to all the features included in the User Centre + app.

Use the same username and password as you use to log in to the Customer Centre (lien vers l’espace client). If you haven’t set up your Customer Centre account yet you can do so via the app by clicking on the ‘Sign up to the Customer Centre’ button.

2. If you’re a Videotron Mobile customer and connect to the app using your phone number, you will only have access to your Mobile data usage. You can connect by clicking on ‘See usage of this device’. Then, enter your phone number and you’ll receive a code by text, which you can use to connect to the app.

ATTENTION: You will have limited access to the User Centre + app’s features.

3. Without registering: You will only have access to tutorials, tips and practical information. You will not be able to check your personalized profile.

image  If you’re a Videotron customer, you can set up a Customer Centre account. In the User Centre + app, tap the ‘Sign up to the Customer Centre’ button. If you wish, you can also sign up online.

image  If you’ve forgotten your username or password, tap the ‘Forgot your username or password?’ button below the sign-in boxes when connecting to the User Centre + app.

  • See how much data is included in your Internet plan and monitor your day-to-day usage.
  • Are you using more data than usual? Get an on-demand data add-on via the app.
  • Don’t want to miss a thing? Get data usage updates by text or email.

  • Check how much data you have already used and how much you have left in your billing cycle.
  • Find out how much data you use each day.
  • Are you using more data than usual? Get an on-demand data add-on via the app.

  • View all your invoice balances.
  • How you receive your invoice: Sign up for online billing.
  • Automatic payments: Plan your payments in advance by choosing the payment method that works for you (by credit card or direct debit).

Please note that the data usage indicated in the app may differ from the actual data usage.
