Registering for the Customer Centre

To register for the Customer Centre, you need your Videotron account number. We suggest using your email address as your username (it’s simple and easy to remember). When choosing your password, make sure to go with something secure and hard for others to guess. Your password must be between 6 and 16 characters long and include at least one letter and one number.

Here’s a tip for choosing an easy-to-remember password: think of a sentence and remember the first letter of each word. For example, the sentence “John walks his dog twice a day” would give the following password: jwhdtad.

Once registered, you can safely manage your account, plans and services online. Your Customer Centre login information can also be used to access and the remote PVR function.

Forgotten password or blocked account

Forgot your password? Don’t panic! Just click here and we’ll send an email with your login information and a link to reset your password to the address listed in your account. All you need to do is click on the link and create a new password.
Because we care about keeping our customers’ data safe, please note that after five unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be blocked and you will be redirected to a page where you’ll be asked to reset your password. Always keep your login information close by.
