You can view your visits at Any person living in a home with a subscription to at least one Videotron service can register at the Customer Centre. However, only a Videotron-account holder can use the Customer Centre registration form. The account holder is responsible for the Videotron account, and is usually the person who pays the bill every month. Other users, referred to as secondary users, cannot use the online registration form and must request that the account holder register them at the Customer Centre.he Customer Centre. Reminder: Only a Videotron-account holder can use the Customer Centre registration form. The activation email is sent to your contact email address by customer service when you subscribe to Videotron services. The activation email is your entry point to the Customer Centre. It enables Videotron to securely identify you when you complete the Customer Centre registration form.

Reminder: Only a Videotron-account holder can use the Customer Centre registration form. You can register at the Customer Centre without an activation email, but first make sure you meet all eligibility requirements by consulting the section Who can register at the Customer Centre?

 

To register at the Customer Centre without an activation email, access the registration form and complete it with the following information:

  • Your Videotron account number

Reminder: Only a Videotron-account holder can use the Customer Centre registration form. If you are not the account holder, you cannot complete your registration at the Customer Centre yourself. Your user account must be created by a Videotron-account holder using the User management tool (in the My account section). This option is only available to account holders.

 

arrow-blue How do I choose a Customer Centre username?

 

Enter the username you wish to use in the Customer Centre registration form. Our systems will confirm if the username is available and meets the following requirements:

  • Minimum of height characters (maximum 50)
  • Numbers are accepted
  • Special characters accepted : . - _ @
  • Special characters not accpeted : [SPACE] , = + < > # @

 

arrow-blue How do I choose a password?

 

Enter the password you wish to use in the Customer Centre registration form. Our systems will confirm if the username is available and meets the following requirements:

  • Minimum lenght: six characters (maximum 16)
  • Includes at least one number
  • Includes at least one letter
  • Does not include any of the following characters: [SPACE] , = + < > # @

arrow-blue Does my activation email expire?


Yes. The activation email expires five days after it is received, at which point it can no longer be used as an entry point to the Customer Centre registration form. If you wish to register without receiving an activation email, consult the section How do I register at the Customer Centre online without an activation email? 

 

arrow-blue How do I unregister from the Customer Centre?


You may cancel your Customer Centre user account at any time without affecting your subscription to Videotron services or WebMail. To do so, access your Profile (in the My account section), select the Unregister from the Customer Centre link, and follow the steps that appear onscreen. Note that a Videotron-account holder cannot unregister if there are other users of the Customer Centre in the household. Other users must unregister first. If you change your mind and wish to register again, you may do so at any time.
