Troubleshooting

Enter *949 to forward a call to an external number (must be active in your services).

Enter *94 to forward a call to an internal number.

Wait for the dial tone.

Enter the number to be redirected.

Hang up.

Enter *70 to activate Call Forwarding. When it is no longer required, enter *71 to deactivate it.

Make sure that everything is properly plugged in. If needed, unplug and replug the telephone cable at both ends. If you still can’t hear a dial tone, contact Technical Support.

You should contact Technical Support. State the number you’re calling from and the number you’re trying to reach, along with the access code you’re attempting to use.

The data transmission channel may be compromised. Contact Technical Support and state the listed directory number or that of your PRI circuit.
